Opinion:
We found this hotel to be very clean, the staff were wonderful especially with the children. It is situated approx 1 mile from the Strip in Montechoro and approx 1 1/2 mile from the old town of Albufeira, both walking distance. The facilities are excellent for the children, the pool is very clean and the views are great. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is superb. I would not have any hesitation in recommending these apartments to anyone. We would certainly visit again.

Opinion:
I've visited the Algarve a number of times but never to Albufeira till last year.
We booked the Elma selfcatering apartments with Panorama and couldn't have asked for a better base to have our yearly holiday!!
On arrival we were greeted by the most pleasent and helpful receptionist called Cristina. A lady the loved her job and helping her guests have the best holiday possible.
The apartments are situated in a quiet residental area surrounded by Villas and Trees and only 3 mins walk from the facinating Forte Sao Jaou beach.
The pool had amazing views of the sea and there was a beautiful traditional Portugeuse restaurant on site called Panacee in which we ate in a few nights.
The apartments were situated only 5mins in a taxi from Albufeira old town or the Strip of Montechoro.
This is a place I will definitely be returning to and for many years to come !!
